Faith and the Law

There is great debate raging in Christianity today regarding faith and the law. One class perverts the doctrtrine of justification by faith neglecting to comply with the conditions laid down by the word of God which says “If ye love me keep my commandments”(John 14:15). And there is another class who seek to argue over trivial issues in an attempt to justify themselves by the keeping of the law. The truth lies in the center of this mess and if these will look to the love of God they will see that by believing the truth about God that he gave his only begotten son they will begin to do God’s will out of love rather than in some attempt to justify themselves because of some doctrine that they keep.  DB
