1. Thinking about the sufferings of Christ on the Cross and how my sins add more stripes to his back.
2. Thinking about my coat of righteousness paid for me by Jesus.
3. Looking into and reading the Bible.
4. Thinking about the joy and wonders of heaven and living in the presence of Jesus.
5. Deciding that at the very first approach of evil, you will turn instantly from beholding it and cry to your Lord for help.
6. When you are tempted by Satan and his angels, Cast the words of Scripture in his face and believe God’s Word over Satan.
7. Pray without ceasing. Stay in constant communication with Jesus.
